I honestly can't beleive it's been more than a month since i posted! Time really does fly!

Apologies again but I've been keeping social media up to date so if you're worried you've missed out check me out on Facebook, Instagram and/or TikTok!

Also my newsletter is due out Friday so if you're not signed up then do so before then for ALL the latest.

Anyway, this past week has felt like a turning point. I finally let go of Book 3 and sent it off for its proofread and edit — and honestly, it feels a bit like sending a child off for their first day at school and hoping people are nice to them. It doesn’t get any easier by Book 3 either… but truthfully, we wouldn’t want it any other way. The nerves mean we still care.

This weekend I’m heading to Books Under the Boardwalk in Glasgow for my final event of the year. I’ll be travelling lighter than usual and testing out a more minimal stall set-up ahead of next year’s roadshow stops. New banner, paired-back table, fewer props — simple, clean, and much easier to cart around. We’ll see how it looks in the wild!

It feels like the perfect way to round off the year: one book out for polishing, another with beta readers, and me packing up for one last festive market. December is already feeling hopeful.

Until next time!
